Wines of the “Chateau Chizay” brand are made from selected hand-pick grapes in the period of optimal sugar accumulation.
In the preparation process, classical methods of winemaking are combined with advanced manufacturing technologies and the wines are kept in oak-barrels that are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse for a minimum of a year.
The end results are wines that are distinguished by their fresh, clear, varietal aroma and delicate flavors.
