The Ukrainian-American-Russian company, JV “Aisberg” is introducing an exclusive line of fruit wine to the Ukrainian market under the trademark “Wine Berry”. These wines are prepared from original recipes by the company’s expert wine-makers. Along with its delicious and unique flavor is a new, innovative packaging technique introduced to Ukraine for the first time consisting of a trade name cork originating from Italy. This adds distinctiveness and individuality to the wine as well as protecting the “Wine Berry” trademark from falsification and ensuring the consumer is receiving the best product possible. Studies and research conducted on consumer preferences have indicated an interest in this line of wine products and as this niche in alcoholic beverages have not been targeted in the Ukrainian market. In essence, consumers would be interested in a new light wine that has a delicious flavor with a fruit aroma. President of the Republic of Hungary László Sólyom and Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko visited Chizay stand at the festival of Young Wine. This year the festival celebrated wine and winemakers for the 13th consecutive year at the end of the Old-New Years in Mukacheve, Zakarpatye area in Ukraine. It was President Yushchenko`s second time attending and stopping by to taste some of Aisberg Ltd`s finest wines. Beside tasting Cabernet and Merlot, this year President Yushchenko was particularly interested in one of Chizay`s new wine Sofiyka, a semi sweet white wine, which was named after the President`s daughter. The tasting turned out to be a big success, with the presidents leaving with some wine to enjoy later.
